For its Neuchâtel office, I·C·B Ingénieurs Conseils en Brevets SA is recruiting a

European Patent Attorney

Your responsibilities:

• Providing intellectual property services to all companies of the group
• Protecting the innovations made in the various companies of the group
• Drafting, filing and prosecuting patent applications in various countries throughout the world
• Oppositions, infringing risk and validity assessments
• Licence agreements and patent enforcement

Your profile:

• You are qualified before the European Patent Office
• You have qualifications in the electromechanical / electronic or micro technical field
• You have 5-7 years of experience in a related function
• You are fluent in French and English.
