I·C·B Ingénieurs Conseils en Brevets SA is the affiliated company of The Swatch Group Ltd that handles all patent related matters. Swatch Group has approximately 1,800 existing patent families, representing more than 10,000 national patents.

For its Neuchâtel office, I·C·B Ingénieurs Conseils en Brevets SA is recruiting a

Qualified European Patent Attorney 

Your responsibilities: 

• Providing intellectual property services to all companies of the group
• Protecting the innovations made in the various companies of the group
• Drafting, filing and prosecuting patent applications in various countries throughout the world
• Oppositions, infringing risk and validity assessments
• Licence agreements and patent enforcement

Your profile: 

• You are a qualified European Patent Attorney (EPA)
• You have qualifications in the electromechanical/electronic or micro technical field,
 • You have 5-7 years of experience in a related position
• You are fluent in both written and spoken French and English. Knowledge of German would be an advantage
