L'invention de la semaine

L'invention de la semaine est l'oeuvre de Mr Chia, de Singapour, et a pour titre "SYSTÈME DES TEMPS DE LA LANGUE ANGLAISE REMPLAÇANT LE SYSTÈME DES TEMPS CLASSIQUES"

Cette demande WO 2008/062246 est remarquable à au moins deux titres :
- sa syntaxe : le texte est écrit de haut en bas
- la clarté de ses "revendications", reproduites intégralement ici :

"THE PATENT CLAIMS:
This is a method invention to help people to save time and insight the hiding meaning in the tenses, so this is the main claim of patent.

Anyone, anybody, anything, any organization, any company, any country, any advertisement, any publish matters, any printed matters, any school, any institutes, any university, any dictionarirs, any educational matters, copy right, any web site down load etc that those have to pay the patent claims.

My intention is to introduce the concept, ideal, the new tense system to all the countries and all the peoples in the world. I am not intending to claim high patent charges but if peoples do not intent to pay a small amount for new English tense system that they have to use the traditional tense system to learn English tenses that I believe to pay a small amount for patent that it is worthy than waste ten years of precious time for saving the few dollars."

"le texte est écrit de haut en bas" : un brevet paysager ?

Je trouve ça bien d'indiquer dans la revendication que le montant des redevances sera faible. ça devrait être obligatoire !
